Returns:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges on unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Repairs:
If your piece breaks within the first 60 days of wear due to a design flaw, we offer a one-time free repair. After that, we may charge a small repair fee depending on materials and time.
